Loaner Vehicle Policy

Due to insurance regulations, the driver of any Loaner Vehicle must be 21 years old.

Loaner Vehicles are based on availability and only provided when customer vehicle is in for services totaling 2 hours or more.

Loaner Vehicles are reserved at the time your appointment is set. Loaner vehicles are limited so please reserve a Loaner several days before your desired appointment date.

Loaner Vehicles are provided Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM until 5 PM.

The driver must present a valid driver's license, credit card, and proof of insurance before operating a Loaner Vehicle.

Only the person(s) listed and signing the Loaner Vehicle Policy may operate the Loaner Vehicle.

All traffic, parking tickets, bridge and road tolls are the responsibility of the driver of the Loaner Vehicle.

The Loaner Vehicle must be returned on the day the repair is completed or when agreed day is scheduled.

A usage fee of $30.00 per day will be charged to the driver who fails to return the Loaner Vehicle on the repair completed day or agreed upon day.    

A $10.00 per 1/8 of a tank will be charged to the driver who does not return the Loaner Vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when checked out.

All Loaner Cars are NON-SMOKING vehicles.

A detail fee of $100.00 will be charged to the driver who smokes in any Loaner Vehicle.

Pets are not permitted in Loaner Vehicles.  A detail fee of $100.00 will be charged to the driver who transports their pet.
