The Hazards of City Roads
We have hosts of driver assist technologies in our cars to protect us from road hazards we can see. There are many other road hazards that we can't see, such as nails, glass or small potholes. These hazards can be death to tires. If your BMW tires fail after encountering these hazards on state- and city-maintained roads, BMW will replace your tires.
How Does the Coverage Work?
If you purchased your tires from a BMW Tire Center or a dealership, you can present the same failed tires back to the center or the dealership. After team members inspect the tires and verify coverage for the damage, they submit a claim. They subsequently outfit your BMW vehicle with brand new BMW tires.
