On the exterior, the 2023 BMW X1 has an exquisite yet sporty look. Its signature two-part grille stands tall and has vertical bars. The grille is mounted atop a thin, athletic bumper that rounds out into deep air vents. The headlights add a strong personality to the nose with their double-elemental design. Both the gently contoured hood and the roof have modest curvature. On the X1’s sides, rigorous contouring runs from wheel to wheel. Exterior features include 18-inch to 20-inch wheels, a power liftgate, a panoramic sunroof, auto-dimming side mirrors, and more.
The interior of the X1 also has a refreshed look, but it carries the same design cues as you will find on other higher-level models. The X1’s base trim will impress you with gear like wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.7-inch touch display screen, a digital instrumentation screen, a navigation system, and ambient lighting.
