Performance

Two trim levels are available for the 2025 X1. The xDrive28i has a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter turbo engine that produces 241 horsepower. The M35i xDrive has a sport-tuned version of this engine that generates 312 horsepower. These trim levels come with a seven-speed auto, dual-clutch transmission, and all-wheel drive. The 2025 X3's two available engines are comparable to the 2024 model but now have mild-hybrid tech. The 30 xDrive has a 255-horsepower, turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. The M50 xDrive has a 3.0-liter turbo V6 system that produces 393 horsepower. These two engines feature an eight-speed auto transmission and all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The 2025 X1 is easy on the eyes with a confident, slightly angled profile and chiseled definition across the side doors. On the nose, it displays a slightly-squared-off version of the classic kidney-style grille. The lower fascia is thick and subtly upturned. It is flanked by L-shaped air inlets. The headlights are designed with a pair of bent LED bars. The X3 has a new look, including a flatter hood and a tall roof. The designs are minimally sculpted with a moderate crease over the lower door panels. At the front, the LED-outlined grille and the edgy lower fascia have two sections. The L-shaped air inlets are accompanied by headlights featuring a pair of L-shaped LED ribbons.

Features

The X1 is marvelously appointed with features like a Harman Kardon sound system, a driving assistance package, a wireless charging pad, paddle shifters with a heated steering wheel, parking sensors with auto braking, a head-up display, auto parking, a navigation system with augmented reality, a 360-degree camera, a drive recorder, a panoramic sunroof, a 10.7-inch touch display screen, wireless app connections and more. The X3 has many of these features, as well as the new OS9 infotainment system, memory functions for the driver's seat, an iDrive controller, Parking Assistant Professional, and a few additional features.
