The sporty BMW X3 crossover SUV received a stunning refresh in the 2022 model year, and for 2023, several additional improvements have been made to this popular model. One notable update is expanding body color options, including the Skyscraper Grey Metallic. However, this option is only available with the 30i trim level. Furthermore, remote proximity keyless entry is now a standard feature across all 2023 X3 trim levels. It's worth mentioning that gesture control for the X3's infotainment system is no longer available with the Premium optional package.
The two powertrain options for the BMW X3 remain unchanged for the latest model year. The lower trims have a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter engine that produces 248 horsepower and comes with rear-wheel drive. The top trim boasts a mild-hybrid V6 engine that generates 382 horsepower and is paired with all-wheel drive. Both engines are coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The BMW X3 retains its captivating and confident stance, characterized by a tall cabin and a well-defined descending hood. The sides feature crisp contours, with lines of definition flowing across the upper and lower panels. At the front, the engaging air vents are positioned below the dual-element headlights, seamlessly connecting to the iconic kidney-shaped grille that BMW is renowned for.
