For Breathing Fire With Two Doors, There’s the BMW M4

Although it feels like only yesterday that the BMW M4 debuted, it’s been pushing four years. That’s why the M division has huddled up and rolled out some changes to this fire-breathing super-coupe over the last couple of model years. Between some cosmetic enhancements, a Competition package, and that same inline-six roaring under the hood, the M4 remains the demon to beat.

That same turbocharged inline-six still puts out 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque from 1,850-5,500 rpm, but the Competition package bumps that number up to 444 horses (CS models nudge it higher to 454 hp). Any way you shake it, the M4 is quick—under four-seconds to sixty—and its handling and ride character leave you feeling engaged, and hungry for more pavement to devour. You can also dial in some upgrades, courtesy of the M options sheet. This includes carbon-ceramic brakes, an Executive package, and more.

For road and track, and all the thrills in between, it’s hard to ignore the M4. To test drive this coupe, or another new BMW you’ve had your eye on, contact our Chattanooga, TN dealership at your convenience.
