I was wanting a Mini Cooper Convertible but my husband wanted me to look at the BMW 128 I. I walked in the door in Chattanooga and found it in the showroom. Everyone was so friendly and not pushy at all. Christine Dumas (my sales person)was such fun, it was like talking to a friend. After walking around it and sitting in it for about an hour, I finally drove it and that was it, I was hooked. Purchasing was easy and I love my BMW. The sales people and everyone else were so great, that I actually enjoyed myself.

I am very pleased with the experience I received from the staff at BMW Chattanooga. Everyone on staff is very personable and real. Nik Stanke was a wonderful salesman. He put me at ease with purchasing my car. I felt I could trust him and the rest of the staff. I wasn't even nervous; even though this was the first time I will ever have a car payment. You often wonder how someone will be in sales after the sale has been made. How will they be toward you when you are back in the dealership with "nothing to buy?" Mr. Craton made sure that we are happy with our purchases, helped with normal service issues, and in one instance when there was damage from an accident personally took care of our vehicle like it was his own and us like we were family.
